Intro to Pole

Your introduction to pole dance starts here. You will get a taste of everything from stretches to fluid dance moves. We start nice and slow so you can fully understand what Pole Dance Fitness is and what to expect in our classes. This 4 week course is a requirement for new students to start the Pole Program.

Pole Dance Fitness Memberships

Intro to Pole 4 Week Series- 1x Per Week- $75 / 2x Per Week $120 Drop ins $20

30 Days Unlimited Pole- $99

This option allows you to take all Pole Dance Fitness Classes on our Schedule within your Level for 30 days. If you complete the Intro to Pole series you get 10% off this membership!

3 Months Unlimited Pole - $275

This option allows you to take all Pole Dance Fitness Classes on our Schedule within your level for 90 days!

5 Class Pass- $75

This option allows you 5 Days of any Pole Dance or Dance classes. This pass expires 30 days after purchase.

10 Class Pass- $99

This option allows you 10 Days of any Pole Dance or Dance classes. This pass expires 60 days after purchase.

Pole & Dance Unlimited- $125

This option allows you to take all Pole Dance and Dance Fitness Classes on our Schedule for 30 days.

2 Months Unlimited Everything- $199

This membership allows you to take all Dance and Pole dance Classes for 2 months!

POLE FITNESS CLASSES

Pole Levels

1-3

Our Pole Levels Classes combine foundation Pole Spins, Tricks, Choreography and Floorwork to help pole students to learn Correct Pole Technique and Form while building Strength and gaining Flexibility. We will put all of these moves together to create a full routine that will be performed at graduation!

Pole level 1 - Beginner

Pole levle 2 - Beginner/Intermdiate

Pole level 3 - Intermediate/Advanced

Pole is an endless journey with new techniques and moves being created every day! As you progress, you’ll see muscles toning, strength building and confidence soaring!! We encourage everyone to learn at their own pace, there’s no rush!

Power Pole

Need a little extra strength training? This 30 minute Pole Conditioning Class focuses on Grip and Core strength. This class is all level friendly, shoes are not required.

Pole Choreo

KITTEN CHOREO- For new and beginner level Pole students

BAD BITCH CHOREO- For Int/Adv Pole students

This is one of our most popular classes! All dance and no real tricks! Learn a new full fluid Pole routine every 4-6 weeks in this Split level Choreo Class! *Knee coverage and socks or heels required.

You must complete Intro or have basic Pole Choreo experience for this class.

Poledance Basics

Having trouble smoothing out those dance moves or just want to brush up on your basics? This class is slow paced and beginner friendly and covers all foundation Pole Choreo moves like pirouetes, grip changes, thread throughs and more! Heels and knee coverage are optional.

Floorwork

The Art of Stripper Style on the floor! Traditional Exotic dance choreography and sexy show stopping moves every week! There is no Pole involved, just foundation floorwork moves and combos. Knee coverage and socks or heels required.

Chairdance

Chairdance is trending everywhere for obvious reasons! Chair dance is low impact and can be done barefoot or in heels. We mix classic Burlesque and modern Exotic dance to create a fusion of sexy! From hair flips to horsey legs this class is sure to give you a new use for that old chair at home ;)

Inversions 101

This Pole Trick class is a great supplement for those struggling to get upside down or for those looking for a variety of inverted moves. We cover literally every way to invert starting with safe drills on the floor. This is an all level class.

Strip Cardio

This one’s gonna hurt! One of a kind high heel exotic dancer aerobics! This is a full body quick tone class, speeding up those results by repetitive motion matching the beat of your favorite songs. If you want a Dancer’s body, you gotta train like one! All levels welcome, heels are optional.

Open Pole

Wanna practice your moves outside of class? Open Pole is the perfect time to work on your freestyle, record your progress or just get down with your bad self! This is an all level open practice time. Experienced Polers may drop in with approval.

Polenastics

This awesome all level Pole Tricks and Conditioning class is back by popular demand! We start each class with conditioning warm up and basic trick review before learning new tricks and variations. Shoes are optional.

*Prices subject to change. All Memberships, Intro Series and Class Passes are Pre-Pay Memberships. There are NO EXTENSIONS OR REFUNDS. All classes are 18 and up.
